Seas the Day Sunny Canvas

Hi There!
Jenn here today sharing my relaxing beachy themed canvas!
I just love the difference you can make with stamped images. This canvas without that beautiful Blank Page Muse Sun Stamp just wouldn't have the same personality!!
For me, the beach is an inspiration. I love the colors, the sounds, the sand.
Creating beautiful projects inspired by it are some of my favorites!

For this canvas I used the following Blank Page Muse Stamps. (available online by clicking the images)
Blank Page Muse has so many stamps to choose from!! For more of there wonderful selection head over to the online store HERE.

Other supplies used for this canvas are as follows:
5x7 gessoed canvas
 Modeling Paste
 Bubbles Stencil
Flowers
Shells
Glass pebbles
 Embossing powders
Art Anthology Colorations Sprays
Black archival ink pad
Blue Inkpad
Burlap scraps
Seas The Day Chipboard
Jute String
 Dew Drops Water
Mini Art Stones
Stone effects Medium
White Acrylic
Matte gel medium
Scissors
Heat tool
Clear embossing ink
Cardboard scrap cut into small squares for lifting

Directions:
Add texture using the bubbles stencil and modeling paste.
Once dry  add coloration sprays in blue shades, one at a time, drying in between.

Add more bubbles using the Blank Page Muse water drops stamp in blue ink randomly.
Apply texture to the bottom by mixing Stone effects sandcastle with mini art stones and dabbing with a palette knife.
Sprinkle some gold-toned embossing powder and set with heat tool.
Prepare chipboard by coating with clear embossing ink and sprinkling with embossing powders in gold tone and blue tone. Set with a heat tool and set aside. Stamp sun image onto heavy cardstock, coat with clear embossing ink and then gold-toned embossing powder.
Heat set, let dry and fussy cut.
Add some burlap scraps, shells and glass stones using matte gel medium.

Use some scrap cut squares of cardboard under the sentiment (2 layers) and stumps (1 layer) with 3d matte gel. Adhere these along with flowers, more shells and dew drops!

Pierce two holes in the top and thread jute string through them, tying a knot on each side. Pull the knot to the back and cut off excess jute when tight. This makes a very sturdy hanger.

Do a little splattering with blue inks and white acrylic mixed with water and there you have it! Add the sun stamped image lifting with cardboard scrap as well and just look at the personality that it adds!
