Fairy and Baby Dragon Card

I don't know about you but I LOVE fairies! There is nothing more magical and fantastical than a fairy! When I saw this stamp sheet set I fell in love.
I'm excited to share how I made this card...so lets get started!

Blank Page Muse Stamps used:

Other Products used:
Stencils
Watercolor paper
Watercolor Inks
Scrap Paper for masking
Archival Ink
Tim Holtz Distress Inks
Alcohol Markers
Inktense Colored Pencils
Foam Dots
Nuvo Drops
Glitter Pen
Salt

Directions:
Stamp the seated fairy from the Anime Fairies & Baby Dragons Fantasy Art Set

Color in the skin with alcohol markers, then watercolor the rest of the fairy.

Every fairy needs a little sparkle

Trim the excess and set aside.

For the background, lightly sketch a hill and paint the area with water. Add a couple shades of green and then sprinkle with salt to create texture. Allow to dry and brush off the salt.

Cut a scrap of paper and mask the watercolored hill. Use a blending brush and ink to create the sky. Use the text stamp from the Correspondence Pens, Ink & Postage Art stamp set designed by Katy Leitch

Use a stencil to add depth to the grassy area.

Stamp and color in the baby dragon.
Finish the card with Nuvo Drops and sentiment.

Hope you enjoyed this card as much as I enjoyed creating it! Check out the detail on this fairy!
